How bank transfer payments work on FairTicks
FairTicks supports bank transfer payments for traders who prefer to pay directly from their bank account. This page explains how bank transfer payments work, what proof you need to provide, how your proof is reviewed, and when your Training Account can be activated.
You place an order, send the payment to the official FairTicks bank account shown during checkout, then upload proof of payment so the order can be reviewed and matched. Clear, complete receipts are verified fastest — often much sooner than the standard review time.
What is a bank transfer payment?
A bank transfer payment allows you to pay FairTicks by sending money from your bank account to the official FairTicks bank account shown during checkout.
After making the transfer, you upload a proof of payment so the FairTicks team can review it and match it with your order. Bank transfer payments are useful for traders who prefer not to use card or crypto payments.
Step 1: Start your order
First, select the FairTicks product you want to purchase and choose bank transfer as your payment method. You will be shown payment instructions, including the bank details and the amount to pay.
Read the payment instructions carefully before making the transfer. Use only the official bank details shown during checkout.
Step 2: Convert the amount before paying
If your bank account uses a different currency from the amount shown on FairTicks, make the conversion before sending the payment.
If the product price is displayed in USD but your bank sends payment in your local currency, convert the amount correctly before making the transfer.
The payment amount must be close enough to the expected order value after conversion. If the amount is too low, too high, or unclear, your proof may be delayed or rejected.
Your bank may also charge transfer fees. Please make sure the final amount sent is enough to cover your FairTicks order.
Step 3: Make the transfer
Send the payment to the official FairTicks bank account shown on the payment page. Make sure you use the correct bank details. Sending payment to the wrong account may delay or prevent order activation.
When possible, include the payment reference or order information in the transfer notes. If your bank does not allow this, you can still upload the proof after payment.
Step 4: Upload your proof of payment
After making the transfer, you must upload proof of payment. The best format is an official PDF receipt exported from your bank — it is verified fastest, often much sooner than the standard review time. A clear screenshot may also be accepted, but PDF is preferred.
Your proof should clearly show:
| Required information | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Sender name or bank account holder name | Helps match the payment with the trader and the order. |
| Amount sent | Confirms whether the payment amount matches the expected order value. |
| Currency | Helps review converted payments and avoid confusion between currencies. |
| Payment date | Helps confirm when the transfer was initiated. |
| Recipient bank details | Confirms the payment was sent to the official FairTicks bank account. |
| Transaction reference, if available | Makes payment matching easier during review. |
| Bank name or payment provider | Helps identify the transfer source. |
| Transfer status | Shows whether the transfer is completed, pending, scheduled, or failed. |
Please make sure the document is clear, readable, and not cropped.
Why PDF is preferred
PDF bank receipts are preferred because they are usually more complete and easier to review. A good PDF proof often includes the payment amount, date, sender details, recipient details, and transaction reference in one document — which means your order moves through review faster.
Screenshots can be accepted if they are clear, but they may be rejected if important information is missing, hidden, blurry, or cropped.
Step 5: Respect the required fields
When submitting your bank transfer proof, fill in the required fields accurately. These fields help FairTicks match your payment proof with your order. Incorrect or missing information may delay review.
Make sure the amount you enter matches the amount sent.
Make sure the currency is correct.
Make sure the bank account or recipient information is correct.
Make sure the proof file matches the payment you are submitting.
Do not upload the same proof for multiple orders.
What happens after you upload proof?
After you submit your proof, it goes into review. FairTicks checks that the proof is clear, complete, and matches your order — and every payment is reconciled against the funds actually received on the official FairTicks bank account.
All proofs are verified against actual bank records before final confirmation. Submitting an altered, fabricated, or reused document results in immediate rejection and permanent account termination.
Proof under review
This means your proof has been received and is being checked. If everything looks correct, your order continues to the next step.
Proof approved
This means your proof passed the required checks. For eligible Training Account orders, FairTicks may activate the account before the bank transfer is fully received, based on the strength of the proof and at FairTicks' discretion.
Fast activation is designed to make the experience smoother for traders, but it is not guaranteed for every payment.
Proof rejected
A proof may be rejected if the document is not valid or does not match the order. Common rejection reasons include:
| Rejection reason | What it usually means |
|---|---|
| Blurry or unreadable proof | The team cannot clearly verify the payment details. |
| Amount mismatch | The sent amount does not match the expected order value closely enough. |
| Wrong currency | The submitted amount or currency does not match the payment instructions. |
| Incorrect recipient details | The proof does not show payment to the correct FairTicks bank account. |
| Transfer not completed | The proof shows a scheduled, failed, cancelled, or incomplete transfer. |
| Missing information | Important fields such as date, amount, recipient, or reference are not visible. |
| Duplicate proof | The same proof was already used for another order. |
| Edited or unreliable proof | The document appears altered, inconsistent, or unsafe to approve. |
| Payment sent to the wrong account | The transfer cannot be safely matched to the official FairTicks account. |
If your proof is rejected, you may need to upload a new valid proof or contact support for help.
Fast activation for Training Accounts
FairTicks may allow fast activation for eligible Training Account purchases after the proof of payment passes strong checks. This means your account may be activated before FairTicks fully receives the funds in its bank account.
Fast activation is a convenience, not a guaranteed right. FairTicks may delay activation until the payment is fully received if the proof is unclear, incomplete, unusual, or requires additional review.
One pending fast-activated invoice at a time
To keep the payment process safe and fair, a trader may only have one pending fast-activated invoice for Training Accounts at a time.
This means that if you already have one Training Account activated based on a pending bank transfer proof, additional bank transfer orders may need to wait until the previous payment is confirmed.
This helps protect both the trader and FairTicks from duplicate, unclear, or unpaid orders.
When is the payment fully confirmed?
A bank transfer payment is fully confirmed when FairTicks can verify that the funds have actually arrived in the correct bank account. Proof approval and payment receipt are not always the same thing.
A proof can be strong enough for fast activation, but the payment is only fully confirmed once the funds are received and matched.
If a payment is not received after fast activation, FairTicks may contact the trader, pause the related service, or take appropriate action according to its payment policy.
Tips to avoid delays

Use a clear and readable proof, never cropped.

Convert the amount before sending if needed.
Send payment to the official FairTicks bank account only.
Fill in all required fields correctly.
Do not reuse the same proof for another order.
