How card & crypto payments work on FairTicks
FairTicks offers guided card, local-payment and crypto payment options through PayRam and supported payment providers. The exact methods available depend on your country, device, transaction and the provider available to you.
This guide explains what happens when you pay by card or crypto, when a payment provider may request identity verification, how fees and confirmations work, and what to do if a payment is unavailable, delayed or declined.
Start from your FairTicks checkout and choose one of the payment methods currently available to you.
If you pay by card or a local payment method, an external payment provider may purchase the digital asset required to complete your FairTicks order.
If you already hold crypto, you can instead send the supported asset directly using the payment instructions shown on the checkout page.
Once the payment is successfully confirmed and matched to your order, FairTicks automatically proceeds with your Training Account activation.
What is PayRam?
PayRam provides the guided payment checkout used for supported card, local-payment and crypto payment flows on FairTicks.
When you choose this payment option, you are redirected to a secure payment page where you can review the methods currently available for your transaction, follow the instructions and complete your payment.
The exact payment methods shown can vary depending on your country, device and payment provider.
Paying by card or a local payment method
If you do not already hold crypto, the card or local-payment flow may be the easiest option.
The process generally works like this:
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1. Choose a payment option | Select one of the card, wallet, bank or local-payment options displayed on the payment page. |
| 2. Complete provider verification if required | The external payment provider may ask you to verify your identity before allowing the transaction. |
| 3. Confirm your payment | Enter your card details or use another supported payment method such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank payment or a regional option, when available. |
| 4. Digital asset purchase | The provider may use your payment to purchase the digital asset required to complete the FairTicks order. |
| 5. Order confirmation | Once the payment is successfully completed and matched to your order, FairTicks automatically completes the order and proceeds with Training Account activation. |
When a supported card or local-payment flow is available, the external provider handles the conversion needed to complete the payment.
You do not need to manually buy crypto beforehand for these guided flows.
Am I buying crypto when I pay by card?
In supported card-payment flows, an external on-ramp payment provider may use your card or local payment method to purchase the digital asset required to complete your FairTicks payment.
That digital asset is then used to complete your order.
You do not necessarily need to manage a crypto wallet yourself during a supported guided payment flow, but the provider may describe the transaction as a crypto or digital-asset purchase.
Your card or bank statement may display the name of the external payment provider or describe the transaction as a crypto or digital-asset purchase, rather than displaying “FairTicks”.
Always review the provider name, amount and transaction information before confirming payment.
Why the payment provider may ask for identity verification
Some card, bank and local-payment providers may require identity verification before allowing you to complete a transaction.
This is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC).
Verification requirements may depend on factors such as:
| Factor | Why it may matter |
|---|---|
| Your country | Payment providers operate under different rules and availability requirements depending on location. |
| Payment amount | Some providers may apply different verification requirements depending on transaction size. |
| Payment provider | Each provider may use its own verification, fraud-prevention and compliance process. |
| Previous verification | If you have already completed verification with the same provider, the process may be faster, but additional verification can still be requested. |
| Security checks | Providers may request additional information when required for fraud prevention or compliance. |
Depending on the provider, verification may include:
| Information | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Name and date of birth | To identify the customer using the payment service. |
| Country or address | To determine provider availability and applicable requirements. |
| Identity document | To verify your identity according to the provider's requirements. |
| Selfie or liveness check | To confirm the person completing verification matches the identity document. |
| Payment information | To process and protect the payment. |
FairTicks does not control whether an external payment provider approves, declines or requests additional verification for a transaction.
If verification is required, complete it only through the official provider payment flow.
Is payment-provider KYC the same as FairTicks KYC?
No. They are separate processes.
A payment provider may request identity verification so that you can use its card, bank or local-payment service.
That verification is handled by the external provider under its own requirements.
FairTicks may separately require identity verification for certain FairTicks features, including payout-related processes.
Completing payment-provider verification does not necessarily replace FairTicks verification, and completing FairTicks verification does not guarantee approval by an external payment provider.
Where are card and local payment methods available?
Card, bank, mobile-wallet and local-payment availability depends on your country and the payment provider available for your transaction.
The payment options shown at checkout are selected based on current provider availability.
This means two customers in different countries may see different payment methods.
| Payment type | Availability |
|---|---|
| Visa & Mastercard | Available in many supported regions through external payment providers. |
| Apple Pay & Google Pay | May be available depending on your country, device and payment provider. |
| Bank & local methods | Regional payment options may appear where supported by the available provider. |
| Crypto | Available when a supported asset and blockchain network are displayed on the payment page. |
Payment-provider coverage changes over time. The payment methods displayed on your payment page are the methods currently available for your transaction and location.
Availability of a payment method does not by itself determine whether FairTicks services are available in your jurisdiction.
FairTicks eligibility remains subject to our Terms, account rules and applicable geographic restrictions.
Paying directly with crypto
If you already hold crypto, you can choose one of the supported crypto payment methods displayed on the checkout page.
PayRam will show the exact information needed to complete your transaction.
| Checkout detail | What it means |
|---|---|
| Crypto asset | The supported cryptocurrency or stablecoin that must be sent. |
| Required amount | The amount required to complete the order. |
| Blockchain network | The exact blockchain network that must be used. |
| Destination address | The wallet address generated for the active payment. |
| QR code | A scannable version of the payment information. |
| Payment status | The current detection and confirmation status of the payment. |
Always use the exact asset and blockchain network shown on your payment page.
For example, USDT on one blockchain network is not the same payment route as USDT on another network.
If your checkout requests USDT on a specific network, do not send the same token through a different network.
Sending the wrong asset or using the wrong blockchain network can result in a payment that cannot be automatically matched.
In some cases, funds sent incorrectly may not be recoverable.
Always follow the active payment page exactly before sending funds.
Paying from a crypto exchange
You can usually send a supported crypto payment from a compatible wallet or crypto exchange.
Before confirming the withdrawal, check:
The asset matches the asset requested by the checkout.
The blockchain network matches exactly.
The destination address matches exactly.
The recipient will receive the required payment amount.
Any withdrawal or network fee applied by the exchange has been taken into account.
Some exchanges deduct their withdrawal fee from the amount you enter. If this happens, the amount received by the payment may be lower than expected.
What happens after a crypto payment?
After you send the transaction, the blockchain transaction must be detected and receive the required confirmations.
Once the payment has been successfully confirmed and matched to your order, FairTicks automatically completes the order and proceeds with Training Account activation.
Confirmation times vary depending on the blockchain network, network conditions and the payment status.
What if I send too little?
If the amount received is lower than the required payment amount, your payment may remain incomplete.
If the payment page shows an outstanding amount, follow the instructions displayed there.
Do not send additional funds to another address unless the active payment page specifically instructs you to do so.
What if I send too much?
Sending more than the required amount does not automatically provide additional FairTicks products, credits or account value.
If you believe you have overpaid, contact FairTicks Support with your order number and payment reference so the transaction can be reviewed.
Are there payment fees?
External payment providers may apply processing, conversion, card, banking or blockchain-network fees.
Any applicable amount and fees should be reviewed during the payment flow before you confirm the transaction.
Always check the final amount displayed by the provider.
Card or local payment not working?
A card or local payment method can be unavailable or declined for several reasons.
| Possible reason | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Your bank blocked the transaction | Contact your bank or card issuer and ask whether the transaction is being restricted. |
| The provider is unavailable in your country | Try another payment method shown on the checkout page. |
| Verification is incomplete | Complete any identity or security check requested by the provider. |
| Your card type is not supported | Try another eligible card or another available payment option. |
| The provider declined the transaction | Try another payment option or use direct crypto payment if you already hold crypto. |
| You prefer not to use the available card provider | Choose another FairTicks payment method such as crypto or bank transfer where available. |
If card payment is unavailable, you can use another method offered on FairTicks, including direct crypto payment or bank transfer where available.
What happens after payment?
FairTicks automatically processes successfully confirmed payments.
The exact timing depends on the payment method.
| Payment type | What happens next |
|---|---|
| Card / local payment | The external provider completes the payment flow, the transaction is delivered and the FairTicks order is confirmed. |
| Direct crypto | The transaction is detected on the blockchain, receives the required confirmations and is matched to the order. |
| Bank transfer | Bank transfers may require separate confirmation or review depending on the transfer process. |
Card and local-payment transactions are often completed within a few minutes, but provider verification or processing can take longer.
Crypto payments are usually detected quickly, but final confirmation depends on the blockchain network and required confirmations.
My payment succeeded but my account is not active
If the payment provider shows your transaction as complete but your FairTicks order has not updated yet, do not immediately pay again.
Do not purchase the same account again simply because activation is taking longer than expected.
First check your FairTicks order status.
If the payment is confirmed but your order still has not updated after a reasonable period, contact FairTicks Support with:
Your FairTicks order number.
The payment method used.
The payment reference shown to you.
Your transaction hash if you paid directly with crypto.
A screenshot of the completed provider status if relevant, without exposing sensitive payment credentials.
I closed the payment page. Did I lose my payment?
Closing your browser does not automatically reverse a blockchain transaction or an external provider transaction that has already been submitted.
Return to your FairTicks account and check the order status.
If your payment provider confirms the payment but your order has not updated, contact FairTicks Support with your order number and payment reference.
Is this checkout safe to use?

Different providers and payment methods may be available depending on country, device, transaction amount and provider availability.
Two customers can therefore legitimately see different checkout options.
Am I buying crypto when I pay by card?

This is why your provider or card statement may describe the payment as a crypto or digital-asset purchase.
Why am I being asked for identity verification?
External payment providers may require identity verification for compliance, security and fraud-prevention purposes.
The exact requirement depends on the provider and your transaction.

What happens if I use the wrong network?
The transaction may not be matched automatically, and funds sent through an unsupported or incorrect network may not always be recoverable.
Always use the exact network shown on your active payment page.

Summary
FairTicks supports guided card, local-payment and crypto payment flows through PayRam and supported external payment providers.
Card and local-payment methods may use an external provider to purchase the digital asset required to complete your FairTicks order. This means verification may sometimes be required, and your card or bank statement may display the provider's name or a crypto-related description.
Direct crypto payments work differently: you send the supported asset using the exact network, amount and destination shown on the payment page.
Once the payment is successfully confirmed and matched, FairTicks automatically proceeds with Training Account activation.
Choose the payment method available to you and follow the checkout instructions exactly.
Card and local-payment flows may involve an external provider and identity verification. Direct crypto payments require the correct asset, amount and blockchain network. Once the payment is confirmed, FairTicks proceeds with automatic activation.
