Account Snapshot

The Account Snapshot is the FairTicks account-level record of the rules and configuration attached to one specific account. It preserves the conditions assigned when the account is created or generated so that later template changes do not silently rewrite an existing account.

FairTicks principle

No silent retroactive rule changes. An active account is evaluated using the rules recorded for that account, rather than automatically inheriting a later product-template revision.

Account Snapshot in one sentence

The account-specific rules reference

The snapshot records the core limits, progression settings, risk configuration, lifecycle parameters, and payout-related rules assigned to the selected account.

Why the snapshot exists

FairTicks products can evolve over time. Future account templates may use different targets, risk parameters, validity periods, lifecycle options, progression requirements, or payout settings.

Those future template changes should not silently replace the values already stored for an existing account. FairTicks therefore copies critical product configuration into the account when the account is provisioned.

Example

You receive a Classic Training Account under a configuration with Daily Loss enabled and a 10% Daily Profit Room.

FairTicks later updates the Classic template for newly created accounts.

Your existing account continues to use the values recorded for that account unless a documented lifecycle action or correction creates a new official account state.

What FairTicks snapshots at account creation

The backend copies critical values from the selected template into the account when it is created.

Area Examples of account-level values
Account structure Account family/type, starting simulated capital, profit targets, and applicable product configuration.
Training progression Profit Target, Target 2 where applicable, Minimum Training Days, Training Consistency settings, and related progression parameters.
Risk rules Daily Loss configuration, Maximum Loss, Intraday Trailing Drawdown, Stop Loss requirement state, PnL-cap behavior, Reverse configuration, and other risk-rule parameters.
Risk values Daily Loss amount, Maximum Loss amount, Trailing Drawdown amount where applicable, and maximum risk-per-trade configuration.
Position structure NANO, MICRO, MINI availability, contract limits, Maximum Exposure, and related position controls.
Lifecycle Validity period, extension duration, reset-related configuration, and account-type-specific lifecycle settings.
Payout progression Qualified Profit Day requirements, minimum Qualified Account age, Consistency policy, and other payout-eligibility settings.
Profit share The profit-share value attached to the account and applicable progression policy where enabled.
Important distinction

Not every value shown on the account dashboard is part of the static account configuration. Balance, equity, open PnL, current risk floors, Qualified Profit Days, account status, and other runtime metrics can change as the account progresses.

Snapshot vs current product template

Source Purpose Does it rewrite an existing account?
Current product template Defines the configuration used when applicable new accounts are created today. No. A later template revision does not automatically rewrite an existing account.
Marketing website Explains FairTicks' current public products and offers. No. It does not replace values already recorded on the account.
Help Center Explains how FairTicks rules and features operate. No. General documentation does not replace account-specific configuration.
Account Snapshot Shows the rules and values recorded for the selected account. This is the account-specific rules reference.
Always compare like with like

One trader may hold accounts created at different times or under different product configurations. Do not assume that every account under the same user, or every historical account in the same family, necessarily has identical snapshotted values.

Risk-rule snapshot examples

Daily Loss

The account rules can record whether Daily Loss is enabled, its calculation mode, the applicable loss amount, and the configured Daily Profit Room behavior.

Under the current standard configuration:

  • Rapid: Daily Loss is disabled.
  • Classic: Daily Loss is enabled with 10% Daily Profit Room.
  • Discipline: Daily Loss is enabled with 25% Daily Profit Room.
  • Instinct: the standard Daily Loss rule is disabled.
Do not assume Classic and Discipline are identical

Both families currently use Daily Loss, but their configured Profit Room percentages are different: Classic uses 10% and Discipline uses 25%.

Maximum Loss

The account configuration can show whether Maximum Loss is enabled, the snapshotted loss amount, and the account-level logic used to calculate the active floor.

Under the current standard structure, EOD Maximum Loss is enabled on Rapid, Classic, and Discipline. Instinct instead uses its Intraday Trailing Drawdown structure.

Intraday Trailing Drawdown

Where Intraday Trailing Drawdown is enabled, the account risk-rule snapshot can record parameters such as:

  • Whether the rule is enabled.
  • The account-specific trailing amount.
  • The follow percentage.
  • The floor-cap mode.
  • The breach-confirmation buffer.
  • Whether the high-water mark persists.
  • Payout-related high-water-mark behavior where applicable.

Under the current standard Instinct configuration, the trailing floor follows 80% of eligible new live-equity highs, uses a 15-second confirmation buffer, preserves the high-water mark, and is capped according to the configured starting-balance floor-cap logic.

Account-specific value

The trailing amount itself is stored on the account. Review the selected Account Snapshot rather than assuming that every account size uses the same monetary drawdown amount.

Stop Loss and planned risk

The risk-rule snapshot records whether a Stop Loss is a required account rule. The account also stores its applicable maximum risk-per-trade value.

Under the current standard Discipline configuration, Stop Loss is not mandatory. The mandatory Stop Loss flag is disabled.

Discipline currently uses a 0.50% maximum risk-per-trade configuration. Review the dedicated R-01 documentation and the selected Account Snapshot for the exact behavior applied to your account.

Reverse Trade

Reverse behavior is also account-rule driven. The snapshot can record whether Reverse is enabled and the applicable cooldown.

Under the current standard templates, Reverse is enabled with a 7.5-second cooldown.

Training Consistency

Training Consistency is also account-specific. The account stores whether the requirement is enabled and the applicable threshold.

Under the current standard structure:

  • Rapid: Training Consistency is disabled.
  • Classic: Training Consistency is enabled with a 40% maximum ratio.
  • Discipline: Training Consistency is enabled with a 40% maximum ratio.
  • Instinct: Training Consistency is disabled.

Qualified payout settings are also snapshotted

FairTicks copies payout-related policy settings into the account so that a later Qualified Account can be generated from the passed Training Account's recorded configuration rather than from a future template revision.

Depending on the account, these values can include:

  • Whether payout Consistency is required.
  • Consistency mode.
  • Consistency minimum and maximum ratios.
  • Consistency policy version.
  • Qualified Profit Day requirement.
  • Qualified Profit Day daily threshold.
  • Minimum valid trades used by the QPD framework.
  • Minimum Qualified Account age.
  • Minimum active-trading-day requirement where applicable.
  • Profit-share settings and progression policy.

Current standard Qualified age requirements

The minimum Qualified Account age is stored as part of the account's payout-related configuration.

Account family Current standard minimum Qualified age
Rapid 7 calendar days
Classic 10 calendar days
Discipline 10 calendar days
Instinct 7 calendar days
Why this matters

A generic global number should not be assumed for every family. The minimum Qualified age used for an account comes from the payout configuration recorded for that account.

Qualified Performance Cycle snapshots

Qualified Accounts can also use a cycle-level snapshot for values that must remain stable during a Performance Cycle.

This is separate from the long-lived account configuration.

Depending on the applicable payout policy, a Performance Cycle snapshot can contain:

  • The Consistency threshold selected for that cycle.
  • The Discipline Score used when the cycle threshold was selected.
  • The Discipline confidence level used for that selection.
  • The snapshot timestamp.
  • The applicable Consistency policy version.
Account Snapshot vs Performance Cycle snapshot

The Account Snapshot preserves the account-level configuration. A Qualified Performance Cycle snapshot freezes cycle-specific Consistency settings so that they do not move dynamically during an active cycle.

Why a cycle snapshot matters

Some Qualified payout settings can depend on account behavior or an Account Discipline policy. If a cycle-specific threshold could move while the trader was already inside the cycle, the payout target would become unstable.

FairTicks therefore snapshots the applicable cycle threshold when the cycle begins and uses that recorded value for the active Performance Cycle.

Active cycle

A later Discipline Score change can affect a future cycle, but it should not dynamically rewrite the Consistency threshold already snapshotted for the current active cycle.

Can an account snapshot change?

The original account configuration is not intended to be silently rewritten simply because a product template changes.

However, legitimate lifecycle actions can create a new official account state, derived configuration, or new snapshot. Examples can include:

  • A reset starting a new attempt under the applicable reset policy.
  • A Qualified Account being generated from a passed Training Account.
  • A new Qualified Performance Cycle receiving a new cycle snapshot.
  • A documented correction when FairTicks confirms an actual configuration or provisioning error.
Documented changes only

A legitimate account change should be represented by the account lifecycle, account records, timestamps, or a new official state. It should not appear as an unexplained retroactive template change.

Qualified Accounts inherit from the Training account

When FairTicks generates a Qualified Account from an eligible passed Training Account, the backend uses the passed Training Account's recorded rule configuration as the source.

Qualified-specific controls can then be activated for the Qualified lifecycle. For example, payout-related controls that are not active during Training can become active on the Qualified Account.

Same source, different lifecycle

The Qualified Account is a new simulated account stage, but its underlying risk configuration is derived from the passed Training Account rather than silently reloaded from whichever public template happens to exist later.

Snapshot vs live account state

It is important to separate configuration from runtime state.

Account configuration Runtime state
Starting simulated capital Current balance and equity
Daily Loss configuration Current Daily Loss floor and remaining room
Maximum Loss configuration Current active Maximum Loss floor
Trailing Drawdown parameters Current high-water mark and live trailing floor
Minimum Training Days Training days currently completed
Qualified Profit Day requirement Qualified Profit Days currently earned
Profit-share policy Current applicable share according to progression state
Account validity Current expiration date and lifecycle status

How to use the Account Snapshot

  1. Select the account you want to review.
  2. Open the Account Snapshot or Rules section available for that account.
  3. Confirm the account family, account type, starting capital, and product structure.
  4. Review which hard-risk rules are enabled.
  5. Review the snapshotted risk amounts and account-specific parameters.
  6. Review Training or Qualified progression requirements.
  7. Review lifecycle settings such as validity, reset availability, or extension configuration where applicable.
  8. For a Qualified Account, review the applicable payout and Performance Cycle information.
  9. Use the account number and the specific snapshot values when contacting FairTicks Support.

What to check before opening a trade

Check Why it matters
Active hard-risk rules Confirms whether Daily Loss, EOD Maximum Loss, or Intraday Trailing Drawdown applies.
Current risk floors Snapshot values define the framework, while the Risk Monitor shows the current live floor and remaining room.
Stop Loss / R-01 configuration Confirms whether a Stop Loss is required and which maximum risk-per-trade configuration applies.
Maximum Exposure Shows the maximum open exposure permitted by the selected account.
Available contracts Shows which NANO, MICRO, and MINI quantities can be used on the account.
Account status Confirms whether the account is currently in a state that permits new exposure.

What to check before payout

For a Qualified Account, review the payout-related configuration together with the current runtime state.

  • Current Performance Cycle.
  • Required Qualified Profit Days.
  • Qualified Profit Days currently earned.
  • Active cycle Consistency threshold.
  • Current Consistency ratio.
  • Minimum Qualified Account age.
  • Eligible realized profit.
  • Current payout capacity.
  • Applicable profit share.
  • Applicable reserve requirements.
  • KYC status where required.
  • Open-position count.
  • Whether another payout request is already active.
Payout is separate

A Qualified Account can show simulated profit without yet satisfying the complete payout checklist. Open PnL is not realized payout profit, and realized profit is still subject to the account's payout-capacity and eligibility rules.

Snapshot and support review

If an account value appears inconsistent, provide FairTicks Support with enough information to review the exact account rather than only the general product family.

  • Account number or serial number.
  • Account family and starting capital.
  • Screenshot of the relevant Account Snapshot or Rules section.
  • The specific value you believe is incorrect.
  • The relevant account timeline event.
  • The relevant position or order where applicable.
  • The approximate date and time of the issue.

Common mistakes to avoid

Mistake Correct understanding
Using today's marketing page as the sole reference for an older account Review the selected account's recorded rules and snapshot.
Assuming all accounts in one family are automatically identical Accounts can originate from different template versions or lifecycle configurations.
Assuming Classic and Discipline use the same Daily Profit Room Under the current standard configuration, Classic uses 10% while Discipline uses 25%.
Assuming the current Instinct follow rate is 75% The current standard Instinct risk configuration uses an 80% follow rate.
Assuming Discipline requires a Stop Loss Under the current standard Discipline configuration, the mandatory Stop Loss rule is disabled.
Confusing the Account Snapshot with live metrics The snapshot records rules and reference values. Balance, equity, current floors, QPD progress, and other runtime values can change.
Ignoring the Qualified Performance Cycle snapshot A cycle-specific Consistency threshold can be frozen separately for the active Performance Cycle.
Assuming a general Help Center example overrides the account Use the selected account's recorded configuration for account-specific values.

Common questions

Can FairTicks change my existing account because a template changed?

A later product-template update should not automatically rewrite the configuration already recorded for your existing account.

A documented lifecycle action, new account generation, reset flow, Performance Cycle transition, or confirmed configuration correction can create a new official state.

Why might my account differ from the current website?

The website describes current public products and offers. Your account may have been created from an earlier or different account configuration.

Use the selected account's Rules or Account Snapshot to understand its account-specific values.

Can two Classic Accounts have different values?

Yes. Accounts can have different snapshotted values if they originate from different product-template revisions, product configurations, or legitimate lifecycle actions.

Does Classic currently use 25% Daily Profit Room?

No. Under the current standard backend configuration, Classic uses 10% Daily Profit Room. Discipline currently uses 25%.

What is the current Instinct trailing follow rate?

Under the current standard backend configuration, Instinct uses an 80% follow rate. Always review the selected account's snapshot for the account-specific configuration.

Does Discipline currently require a Stop Loss?

No. Under the current standard Discipline configuration, the mandatory Stop Loss rule is disabled. Discipline currently uses a 0.50% maximum risk-per-trade configuration.

Where can I see which rules apply to my account?

Open the selected account's Account Snapshot or Rules section. Use the account-specific values shown there together with the current account dashboard and Risk Monitor.

Does the snapshot include live equity?

Live equity is a runtime value rather than a fixed rule setting. The Account Snapshot provides the configuration, while the dashboard and Risk Monitor show current account state.

Does my Qualified Consistency threshold move every time my Discipline Score changes?

Not during an active Performance Cycle. When a cycle-specific Consistency limit is snapshotted, that threshold is intended to remain stable for the active cycle. A later Discipline Score can influence a future cycle according to the applicable policy.

Summary

The Account Snapshot preserves the FairTicks configuration attached to a specific account so that future template revisions do not silently rewrite existing account rules.

It should be read together with live account data: the snapshot explains the framework, while the dashboard, Risk Monitor, timeline, positions, and Performance Cycle records show the account's current state inside that framework.

In one sentence

Product templates can evolve; an existing account continues to use its recorded account-specific configuration unless a documented lifecycle action creates a new official state.

Key takeaway

Your Account Snapshot is the account-specific rules reference.

Review it before trading, when checking progression, before payout, and whenever a general public description appears different from the configuration shown on your account.
